Shipping
All of my items are shipped via USPS with tracking included. Packages are usually sent out 3-5 days after ordering.
I am not responsible for lost/ damaged items once they leave my possession. Insurance on packages is available for an extra fee. Reach out to be before ordering if you are interested.
Returns
I do not accept returns once a purchase is made. Please be sure to read descriptions thoroughly and ask additional questions if needed.
Customs
I do accept custom orders. Just ask!
Care
I work exclusively with copper, all metal is given a patina then sealed with jewelry grade lacquer to prolong the antique finish. With time the lacquer will wear off and has the potential to turn your skin green. (This is normal! Copper reacts to the PH of our bodies) If you prefer this not to happen you can simply paint a thin layer of clear nail polish on the piece of jewelry where it comes in contact with the skin.
Avoid showering with jewelry or submerging in chemicals.
